Circulatory system
What's in the circulatory system?
Your heart is a main organ in the circulatory system. It pumps your blood to all the points in your body. There are other organs that are in the circulatory system include your lungs, kidneys, veins and all the stuff that's actually in your blood. Your blood actually contains more than red blood cells (which are the body's carrying system for nutrients). It also includes white blood cells (they help you from getting sick), platelets, and plasma.
Your heartYour heart has 4 main parts that all help the blood move through your body. They are the left and right atriums and the left and right ventricles. All help the blood move through your circuit of blood vessels.

Blood vessels
All the blood vessels in your body are on a closed circuit. You have veins, arteries, and capillaries. Arteries are the main vessels that carry blood from and too your heart, lungs, and areas of your body.
Pulmonary circulation
The pulmonary circulation is the movement of blood to the lungs from the heart and back to the heart again. This helps the blood get oxygen from your lungs so the rest of your body can use it and goes through the heart again to be sent out to the rest of your body.
